Speed Post Courier (SPC)

Delivery Expected Time: 1-3 Business Days from Payment Confirmed Date

  • We Provide SPC service for Pre Paid Order that the payment made via eZ Cash or Direct Bank payment.
  • Speed Post Courier service provides by the Sri Lanka Postal Department. You may track the courier via SL Postal department SPC tracking service too.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Delivery Expected Time: 3-5 Business Days from Order Confirmed Date

  • We provide COD – island-wide delivery services through the selected courier partner. We provide door to door delivery services according to your requirements.
  • Our normal shipping processing time is within 24 hours (this is when your order is processed). Please allow a few more business days 3-5 Business Days for your order to arrive to you
  • COD Delivery chargers calculate according to the delivery destination region. It may vary to each district.


Return & Exchange Policy

We continuously strive to ensure that we provide all our customers with an amazing online shopping experience. We understand that in some circumstances the product delivered does not match the customer’s expectation due to numerous factors. In such instances we would be happy to have the product exchanged.

All items needed to be in its original condition with packaging (Invoice, labels, tags, etc..). We would appreciate if the reason for exchange is also mentioned so that we could use the information to provide you with a greater shopping experience in your future orders


  • Exchanges could be made only once per an individual order.
  • All exchanges are needed to be INFORMED within 3 days of purchase
  • The Order ID mentioned in the invoice is required for reference purposes
  • A standard handling fee of 100 Rs would apply apart from the delivery fees based on the delivery area

The Exchange/ Return Process

  • Contact our hotline 077 9683196 or Email us on within 3 days after receiving the item.
  • Ensure the products are in its original condition.
  • Upon receiving the item to our warehouse, we will perform a quality check and ensure that the item is in its original condition.
  • If deemed that the returned products are not in its original condition, we reserve the right to ‘blacklist’ the customer from using our ‘exchange facility’ on all prospective orders placed.

Our generous exchange policy is aimed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction whilst safeguarding our suppliers. Therefore it’s the due responsibility of the customer as well to ensure that exchanges are not made in an abusive manner as it would only spoil the online shopping experience for everyone else.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense.

– If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the image shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable period of time with proof of purchase.

– Any purchase made on is subject to stock availability and if the particular damaged product is unavailable to be replaced, would arrange a refund or a similar product within 2 working days.
